We would be glad to receive back your purchased products, that are bought directly from us at www.myoath.gr.<\/p>\n

We will need you to:<\/p>\n

Email us at info@myoath.gr within 14 days of your delivery with your full name, your order number and the reason for your request of returning the product(s).<\/p>\n

The product must be not used, opened and returned back at the exact state you received it, without further damages.<\/p>\n

If the return is due to an error on our part, please let us know so that we can correct it as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

If the return is made for any personal reason, the return costs will have to be covered by you. We also recommend that you route the return via our partner courier with the necessary tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of the parcel on return.<\/p>\n

Exceptions\/Non-returnable items<\/u><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, set or Limited Edition products.<\/p>\n

Product Changes <\/u><\/p>\n

The quickest and simplest way to change is by returning the product to us. The product must meet the aforementioned specifications (undamaged and unused). Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase with the products you want.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/u><\/p>\n

You will be notified as soon as possible, once we receive your return, so we can let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the money in the manner in which the payment was made.
